Daily Writing Challenge

I've written out helpful writing topics to help you get in the daily habit of writing/journaling. Listed below is a daily chart to use. Each day follow what task is listed. This challenge includes 10 days worth of writing. Remember to keep up the writing even after you've completed this challenge!

Day 1*
Write a list of ALL your favorite things! This will be a great way to review some things and get your mind flowing on ideas. Don't forget to list favorite names, foods, stores, songs, clothes, products, etc.!

Day 2*
Write letters to your closest friends and your family. You do not have to give these letters to your family and friends, just write out what you think about them. Like a letter that will never be sent!

Day 3*
Write a story. This story can be about your day or a made up story. Just try and be creative!

Day 4*
Write a prayer. Before you go to bed, when you wake up, or even during your free time, write out a prayer to God. This is a great way to get into a good spirit and attitude, it will also bring you closer to God.

Day 5*
Re-tell a story. Sit down and think about all past memories. Pick one or two to write up in a story form to re-tell a story!

Day 6*
Day dream. Take time to write up everything that pops in your mind. Wether it's a thought, song, bible verse, name, chore, book, food, color, story, etc.

Day 7*
Write a tutorial. If you've mastered a favorite hairstyle, craft, or makeup look, write a tutorial on how to do it, what you think of it, or even glue a picture of it on your paper.

Day 8*
Summ up your week. Think about it, what did you do this week? Write it all down!

Day 9*
Write an interview. List out some questions and have your friends fill in the answers like an interview!

Day 10*
Write a recipe. What's your favorite holiday recipe or snack to make? Write it out so you'll never forget it!
